As an out-of-network provider, Dr. Isaac does not directly contract with third party insurance companies. Her hourly fee of $125.00 is due at the time of service payable by cash or check. You will be provided with an invoice which can then be submitted to your carrier for reimbursement. It is suggested that you contact your provider prior to the first session to learn about your coverage.
